Why I Am Running

Let me tell you why I am running for council and asking for your vote.

Having lived in Cambridge for the last 18 years, I have experienced first hand the beauty of our great city.

Buying our first home in Preston, welcoming two wonderful children at CMH and raising them to be educated young ladies have been special times for my wife and I.

The people and institutions of our city have been there for us and with us. Now it is time for me to give back.

I am running in the Cambridge municipal election to improve conditions for all residents, including those that cannot always advocate for themselves.

Many residents feel disengaged from their political representatives.  I refuse to accept that politics must be negative or cynical. I feel compelled to get involved and bring positive, constructive energy to city hall.

Youngsters are the present and future of our great city, I pledge to engage and represent them and their ideas in a meaningful way.

This is an opportunity to educate and empower my girls, through example and exposure.

I wish to actively encourage our youngsters to get involved in their community and make a difference.

Thank you for reading,
